Information you choose to provide

Contact and volunteer forms ask for the information needed to respond to your message, such as your name, email address, topic, and message. Newsletter signup asks for your name and email address. Please do not send sensitive personal, medical, or financial information through a contact form.

Online donations are processed through DonorBox. Reach Nepal does not receive or store complete payment-card details through this website.

How information is used

Reach Nepal uses submitted information to respond to questions, consider volunteer interest, send newsletters requested by subscribers, administer gifts and donor records, protect the website, and meet applicable legal or administrative obligations.

Service providers

The website uses Vercel for hosting and delivery, Sanity for website content and media, SendGrid for form-email delivery, Mailchimp for newsletter subscriptions, and DonorBox for donations. These providers process information needed to deliver their services and maintain their own privacy notices.

Cookies and website measurement

The website uses a temporary browser-session preference to remember whether the homepage entrance has played. Reach Nepal does not currently use a third-party analytics service on this site. Embedded services, including DonorBox, may collect technical information or use cookies under their own policies.

Retention and your choices

Reach Nepal keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, or administrative requirements. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email connect@reachnepal.org. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate administrative needs.
